67 Issue of warrant
  • (1) Any High Court Judge, District Court Judge, Community Magistrate, Justice of the Peace, or Registrar of a District Court may issue a search warrant for any place, vehicle, or thing if satisfied, on application in writing made on oath, that there are reasonable grounds for believing that there is at that place, vehicle, or thing, any thing—

    • (a) in respect of which an offence under this Act has been or is being committed; or

    • (b) that has been, is being, or is intended to be used by any person for the commission of an offence under this Act; or

    • (c) that is evidence of the commission of an offence under this Act by any person.

    (2) The Judge, Community Magistrate, Justice, or Registrar may impose any reasonable conditions on the exercise of the warrant that he or she thinks fit.
