69 Form and content of search warrant
  • A search warrant must—

    • (a) be in the prescribed form; and

    • (b) be directed to—

      • (i) a member of the police by name; or

      • (ii) any member of the police; or

      • (iii) an enforcement officer; and

    • (c) contain all of the following particulars:

      • (i) the place, vehicle, or thing that may be searched in accordance with the warrant; and

      • (ii) the offence for which the warrant is issued; and

      • (iii) a description of the kind of thing that is authorised to be searched for and seized; and

      • (iv) a description of the kind of thing that is authorised to be searched for and covered; and

      • (v) the period during which the warrant may be executed; and
