A search warrant must—
(a) be in the prescribed form; and
(b) be directed to—
(i) a member of the police by name; or
(ii) any member of the police; or
(iii) an enforcement officer; and
(c) contain all of the following particulars:
(i) the place, vehicle, or thing that may be searched in accordance with the warrant; and
(ii) the offence for which the warrant is issued; and
(iii) a description of the kind of thing that is authorised to be searched for and seized; and
(iv) a description of the kind of thing that is authorised to be searched for and covered; and
(v) the period during which the warrant may be executed; and
(vi) any conditions specified under section 67(2).
