70 Warrant must be produced
  • A person executing a warrant must—

    • (a) have the warrant with him or her; and

    • (b) produce it on initial entry and, if requested, at any subsequent time; and

    • (c) identify himself or herself and any person assisting or accompanying him or her to the owner or occupier or person in charge of the place if that person is present; and

    • (d) produce evidence of his or her identity and the identity of any person assisting or accompanying him or her.
