48 Amendments to Births, Deaths, and Marriages Registration (Prescribed Information and Forms) Regulations 1995

• (1) After the commencement of this section, the Births, Deaths, and Marriages Registration (Prescribed Information and Forms) Regulations 1995 are called the Births, Deaths, Marriages, and Relationships Registration (Prescribed Information) Regulations 1995.

  (2) The regulations that were previously called the Births, Deaths, and Marriages Registration (Prescribed Information and Forms) Regulations 1995 are amended in the manner set out in Schedule 4.
