15 Inadvertent contraventions

• (1) Section 48(1) is amended by omitting “(except for sections 25 and 36)”.

  (2) Section 48 is amended by adding the following subsection:

  • “(3) This section does not apply to a contravention of section 17D or 17E (corporate separation and arm’s-length rules) or 17F (use-of-systems agreements).”
