(1) Section 169(1)(25) (as in force on the day on which this Act receives the Royal assent) is amended by inserting “, the Commission,”
after “the Board”
.
(2) Section 169(1)(26B) (as inserted by section 26 of the Electricity Amendment Act 2006) is amended by inserting “, the Commission,”
after “the Board”
.
(3) Section 169(1)(30) is amended by inserting “, the Commission,”
after “the Board”
.
