New Zealand Legislation: Acts
Acts are laws made by Parliament
(1) Sections 6, 7, and 10 are repealed on the coming into force of the first Appropriation Act for the 2009/10 year.
(2) The rest of this Act is repealed on the close of 30 June 2010.
