The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:

1 Title
  • This Act is the Securities Amendment Act 2010.

2 Commencement
  • This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.

3 Principal Act amended
4 Disclosure of information from inspection
  • Section 68B(1) is amended by omitting section 67 and substituting section 67A.
