(1) Section 114 is amended by repealing subsection (6) and substituting the following subsection:
“(6) A Tenancy Mediator who enters any premises under this section must,—“(a) on initial entry, produce evidence of his or her identity; and“(b) while subsequently on the premises, produce that evidence to any person who reasonably requests to see it.”
