32 Format of revision Bill

A revision Bill must be in the form of a Bill suitable for introduction into the House of Representatives.

A revision Bill must include, as part of its explanatory note, a statement setting out, in general terms, the inconsistencies, anomalies, discrepancies, and omissions that were identified in the course of the preparation of the revision, and how they have been remedied in the Bill.

A revision Bill may be structured so that it is able to be divided into 2 or more Bills.
