128 Objections to renewal

(1)

A person may object to a renewal of a licence if he or she has a greater interest in the application than the public generally.

(2)

Every objection must be in writing, and must be filed with the licensing committee within 15 working days after the first publication of the public notice of the making of the application.

(3)

No objection may be made in relation to any matter other than those stated in section 131.

(4)

The secretary must send a copy of every objection to the applicant.
