12 New section 20 substituted

• Section 20 is repealed and the following section substituted:

  “20 Qualification by reference to origin of communication work

  • A communication work qualifies for copyright if it is made from—

    • “(a) a place in New Zealand; or

    • “(b) a place in a prescribed foreign country.”
