20 Notification of deregistration of financial service provider

• If the Registrar proceeds with deregistration, the Registrar must notify—

  • (a) the financial service provider of the deregistration and the provider’s right of appeal to the High Court against the deregistration; and

  • (b) any relevant licensing authority of the deregistration.
