9 Further exceptions in relation to disability

• Section 60(1) is amended by—

  • (a) omitting “of this Act makes it unlawful to refuse admission to an educational establishment” and substituting “applies”; and

  • (b) omitting “that establishment” and substituting “an establishment referred to in that section”.
