15 Amendments to Maritime Transport Act 1994

• (1) This section amends the Maritime Transport Act 1994.

  (2) Clause 4(b) of Schedule 2 is amended by omitting “; or” and substituting “,—”.

  (3) Clause 4(c) of Schedule 2 is repealed.

  (4) Schedule 2 is amended by inserting the following clause after clause 4:

  “4A.

  • “For the purposes of clause 4, disability has the meaning given by section 21(1)(h) of the Human Rights Act 1993.”
