22 Amendments to River Boards Act 1908

• (1) This section amends the River Boards Act 1908.

  (2) Section 29(1)(b) is repealed.

  (3) Section 29(2) is amended by omitting “subsection (1)(a)” and substituting “subsection (1)”.
