(1) The register of patents kept under section 83 of the Patents Act 1953 continues to have effect as the patents register kept under section 241 of this Act.
(2) The register of patent attorneys kept under section 100 of the Patents Act 1953 continues to have effect as the register of patent attorneys kept under section 230 of this Act.
