11 Amendment to Treaty of Waitangi Act 1975

• (1) This section amends the Treaty of Waitangi Act 1975.

  (2) Schedule 3 is amended by inserting the following item in the appropriate alphabetical order: “Port Nicholson Block (Taranaki Whānui ki Te Upoko o Te Ika) Claims Settlement Act 2008, section 10(4) and (5).”
