• (1) Section 100A(4) is amended by omitting “this Act” and substituting “1 or more of the Acts specified in subsection (5)”.

  (2) Section 100A is amended by adding the following subsection:

  • “(5) For the purposes of subsection (4), the Acts are—

    • “(a) this Act:

    • “(b) the Equal Pay Act 1972:

    • “(c) the Holidays Act 2003:

    • “(d) the Minimum Wage Act 1983:

    • “(e) the Parental Leave and Employment Protection Act 1987:

    • “(f) the Wages Protection Act 1983.”
