28 Application of Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989 to New Zealand standard incorporated by reference
  • (1) Nothing in section 4 of the Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989 requires a New Zealand standard that is incorporated by reference in regulations or a bylaw to be laid before the House of Representatives.

    (2) The Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989, apart from the modification to the application of section 4 of that Act made by subsection (1) of this section, applies to regulations (as defined in that Act) that incorporate a New Zealand standard by reference.
