10 Standards NZ's duty in relation to New Zealand standard cited in enactment

• If a New Zealand standard is cited in an enactment, Standards NZ must not amend, revise, revoke, or replace that standard except with the approval of the Minister who is for the time being responsible for the administration of the enactment.
