201 Amendments to Conservation Act 1987

• (1) This section amends the Conservation Act 1987.

  (2) Section 40(4A) and (4B) are repealed.

  (3) Section 40 is amended by adding the following subsection:

  • “(7) The provisions of Part 4 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2009 apply.

  • “(7) The provisions of Part 4 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2009 (except for subpart 2) apply.”

  (4) Section 46 is amended by repealing subsections (1), (2), (3), and (4).
