(1) This section amends the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.
(2) Section 51(1) is amended by inserting “in the manner provided in subpart 2 of Part 4 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2009” after “may apply”.

“(5) The provisions of Part 4 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2009 apply.“(6) Despite subsection (5), sections 114 and 115 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2009 apply only in respect of a constable.”
