(1) This section amends the Fair Trading Act 1986.
(2) Section 47(2) is amended by—
(a) omitting “A District Court Judge, Justice, Community Magistrate, or Court Registrar (not being a constable)” and substituting “An issuing officer (within the meaning of section 3 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2009)”; and

(3) Section 47 is amended by repealing subsection (3) and substituting the following subsection:
“(3) Part 4 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2009 (except sections 108(d), 110(2)(d), 114, 114 and 115) applies.”
(4) Sections 47A to 47E are repealed.
