Section 17A is repealed and the following section substituted:
“17A Sections 117, 123, and 124 of Search and Surveillance Act 2009 inapplicable to bailiffsSections 117, 123, and 124 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2009 (which relate to a general power to stop vehicles) do not apply to any bailiff.”
