  • (1) These regulations are the Social Security (Invalid’s Benefit) Regulations 1998 as renamed on 15 July 2013 by the Social Security (Benefit Categories and Work Focus) Amendment Act 2012.

    (2) After 14 July 2013 a reference in an enactment or in a document to the Social Security (Invalid’s Benefit) Regulations 1998 must, unless the context otherwise requires, be read as a reference to the Social Security (Supported Living Payments Benefit) Regulations 1998.

In regulation 2, replace 40(2)(a) with 40B(2)(a).
