In subclause (2) the Traffic Regulations 1956 have been substituted for the revoked Motor Vehicle Regulations 1933.
Subclause (4) was inserted, as from 1 April 1971, by regulation 2 Goods Service Vehicle (Constructional) Regulations 1936, Amendment No 2 (SR 1970/190).
Subclause (4)(c) was amended, as from 20 August 1993, by section 35(3) Land Transport Act 1993 (1993 No 88), by substituting the word “Director”
for the word “Secretary”
wherever it appears.
Subclause (5) was inserted, as from 1 April 2002, by regulation 5 Land Transport (Offences and Penalties) Amendment Regulations 2002 (SR 2002/44).
Regulation 2 was revoked, as from 1 March 2007, by regulation 4 Goods Service Vehicle (Constructional) Amendment Regulations 2007 (SR 2007/4).
