PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 1 of the New Zealand Army Act 1950, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as follows:—

  • This Proclamation may be cited as the New Zealand Army Act Commencement Order 1951.

  • The New Zealand Army Act 1950 shall come into force on the 1st day of December 1951.
