PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 1 of the Trade Marks Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as follows:

  • This Proclamation may be cited as the Trade Marks Act Commencement Order 1954.

  • The Trade Marks Act 1953 shall come into force on the 1st day of January 1955.
