PURSUANT to the Tariff and Development Board Act 1961, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

  • This order may be cited as the Tariff and Development Board Act Commencement Order 1962.

  • The Tariff and Development Board Act 1961 shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1962.
