PURSUANT to the Decimal Currency Act 1964, the Minister of Finance hereby gives the following notice.

  • (1) This notice may be cited as the Decimal Currency (Approved Machines) Notice 1967.

    (2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

  • Parking meters are hereby declared to be an approved class of machines for the purposes of Part 4 of the Decimal Currency Act 1964.


Issued under the authority of the Regulations Act 1936.

Date of notification in Gazette: 16 February 1967.
