PURSUANT to the Marketing Act 1936, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes, as from the 31st day of March 1968, the regulations specified in the Schedule to this order.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

The effect of the regulations is to revoke the existing requirement that the Wheat Board shall pay to the Egg Marketing Authority an amount of eight dollars per ton in respect of the assessed usage of bran and pollard by the poultry industry.


Issued under the authority of the Regulations Act 1936.
