PURSUANT to the Evidence Act 1908, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

1 Title
  • This order may be cited as the Evidence (Photographic Copies) Order (No 3) 1970.

2 Authorised persons
  • The following companies are hereby declared to be authorised persons for the purposes of the Evidence Act 1908:

     BP (South-West Pacific) Limited.
     Development Services Limited.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

The effect of this order is that photographic copies of records of the companies named will be admissible in evidence.
