PURSUANT to the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and in respect of clause 11 of this order at the request and with the consent of the Government of the Cook Islands given in accordance with the Constitution of the Cook Islands, hereby makes the following order.
