PURSUANT to section 2 of the Niue Amendment Act 1971, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

1 Title
  • This order may be cited as the Niue Amendment Act Commencement Order 1972.

2 Commencement of Part 1 of Niue Amendment Act 1971
