2 Interpretation

  • In this notice, reference to—

    TCDD shall include the substance 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin;

    2,4,5-T shall include the parent substance, amine salt, or any ester of the substance;

    ppm TCDD shall include parts of TCDD per million parts of the acid equivalent of 2,4,5-T.
