PURSUANT to section 1(2) of the Northland Harbour Board Administration Act 1973, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

1 Title
  • This order may be cited as the Northland Harbour Board Administration Act Expiry Order 1974.

2 Expiry of Northland Harbour Board Administration Act 1973
  • The Northland Harbour Board Administration Act 1973 shall expire on the date on which the members of the Northland Harbour Board elected at the general election of the Board held on the 12th day of October 1974 have come into office.
