Regulations are laws made under Acts
The costs that may be allowed by the Board of Appeal under subsection (4) of section 23 of the Act may include allowances to witnesses at a rate not exceeding the scale of allowances to witnesses for the time being in force under the Magistrates' Courts Act 1947.
