3A Motorways

  Regulation 3A was inserted by regulation 3 Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No 9 (SR 1983/282), and amended by regulation 3 Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No 23 (SR 1992/184) by inserting in subcls (4) the words “parking warden,” and “parking warden or”.

  Part 2 (except regulation 29(2) to (4) and (7)) (comprising regulations 3A to 37A) was revoked, as from 27 February 2005, by regulation 5(a) Traffic Amendment Regulations (No 3) 2004 (SR 2004/444).
