Subclause (1A) was inserted, as from 1 January 1997, by regulation 3 Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No 29 (SR 1996/338).
Subclauses (2A) and (2B) were inserted, as from 1 May 1999, by regulation 3 Traffic Amendment Regulations (No 2) 1999 (SR 1999/83).
Subclause (3) was substituted, and subclause (3A) was inserted, as from 25 January 2001, by regulation 4 Traffic Amendment Regulations 2000 (SR 2000/284).
Subclause (4) was amended, as from 16 April 1998, by regulation 3 Traffic Amendment Regulations 1998 (SR 1998/45) by substituting the words “section 4 of the Railway Safety and Corridor Management Act 1992”
for the words “section 64 of the Government Railways Act 1949”
.
Part 2 (except regulation 29(2) to (4) and (7)) (comprising regulations 3A to 37A) was revoked, as from 27 February 2005, by regulation 5(a) Traffic Amendment Regulations (No 3) 2004 (SR 2004/444).
