Regulation 19(1) was amended by regulation 2 Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No 12 (SR 1985/70) by inserting the words “cycle, moped, motorcycle, or”
.
Regulation 19(3A) was inserted by regulation 4 Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No 4 (SR 1980/31) and substituted by regulation 2 Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No 7 (SR 1981/311).
Regulation 19 was amended by section 35(3), as from 20 August 1993, Land Transport Act 1993 (1993 No 88) by substituting the word “Director”
for the word “Secretary”
.
Part 2 (except regulation 29(2) to (4) and (7)) (comprising regulations 3A to 37A) was revoked, as from 27 February 2005, by regulation 5(a) Traffic Amendment Regulations (No 3) 2004 (SR 2004/444).
