  Subclause (1) was amended, as from 1 July 1985, by regulation 2(1) Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No 13 (SR 1985/144) by substituting the number “100” for the number “80”.

  Subclauses (1) to (3) were revoked, as from 5 April 2004, by regulation 5(a) Traffic Amendment Regulations 2004 (SR 2004/38).

  Subclause (5) was substituted and subclause (5A) was inserted, as from 1 July 1985, by regulation 2(2) Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No 13 (SR 1985/144).

  Subclause (5) was amended, as from 3 May 2004, by regulation 3(1) Traffic Amendment Regulations (No 2) 2004 (SR 2004/82) by substituting the words “Subject to subclause (5A)” for the words “Except in the case of combinations of vehicles to which subclause (5A) of this regulation applies”.

  Subclause (5A) was substituted, as from 3 May 2004, by regulation 3(2) Traffic Amendment Regulations (No 2) 2004 (SR 2004/82).

  Subclause (7) was amended, as from 1 July 1985, by regulation 2(3) Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No 13 (SR 1985/144) by substituting the number “80” for the number “70”.

  Subclause (7A) was inserted, as from 1 July 2002, by regulation 4 Traffic Amendment Regulations 2002 (SR 2002/142).

  Subclause (8) was substituted, as from 1 July 1985, by regulation 2(4) Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No 13 (SR 1985/144).

  Subclause (10)(a) was revoked, as from 1 July 1985, by regulation 2(5) Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No 13 (SR 1985/144).

  Subclauses (12) to (14) were inserted, as from 1 July 1985, by regulation 2 Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No 13 (SR 1985/144).

  Subclause (14) was amended, as from 5 April 2004, by regulation 3 Traffic Amendment Regulations 2004 (SR 2004/38) by inserting the words “before the date of the commencement of section 4 of the Transport Amendment Act 1997 (5 April 2004)” after the words “section 52 of the Act”.

  Subclauses (15) to (17) were inserted, as from 20 January 1995, by regulation 9 Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No 27 (SR 1994/312).

  Part 2 (except regulation 29(2) to (4) and (7)) (comprising regulations 3A to 37A) was revoked, as from 27 February 2005, by regulation 5(a) Traffic Amendment Regulations (No 3) 2004 (SR 2004/444).
