  Subclause (1)(b) was amended by regulation 5 Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No 23 (SR 1992/184) by omitting the words “or to any office of the Road Transport Division of the Ministry of Transport”.

  Part 2 (except regulation 29(2) to (4) and (7)) (comprising regulations 3A to 37A) was revoked, as from 27 February 2005, by regulation 5(a) Traffic Amendment Regulations (No 3) 2004 (SR 2004/444).
