Regulation 38A was inserted by regulation 2 Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No 24 (SR 1993/176).
Regulation 38A was amended by section 35(3), as from 16 April 1993, Land Transport Act 1993 (1993 No 88) by substituting the word “Director”
for the word “Secretary”
.
Subclauses (4) and (5) were substituted, and subclause (6) was inserted, as from 25 November 1996, by regulation 5 Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No 29 (SR 1996/338).
Part 3 (comprising regulations 38 to 44B) was revoked, as from 27 February 2005, by regulation 5(a) Traffic Amendment Regulations (No 3) 2004 (SR 2004/444).
