  The original regulation 40 was amended, as from 1 March 1984, by regulation 2(3) Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No 9 (SR 1984/31) by substituting the word “moped” for the words “power cycle”.

  Part 3 (comprising regulations 38 to 44B) was substituted, as from 1 August 1987, by regulation 5(1) Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No 15 (SR 1987/213).

  Part 3 (comprising regulations 38 to 44B) was revoked, as from 27 February 2005, by regulation 5(a) Traffic Amendment Regulations (No 3) 2004 (SR 2004/444).
