(1) These rules may be cited as the Family Proceedings Rules 1981.
(2) Except as provided in subclause (3), these rules shall come into force on 1 October 1981.
(3) Rule 64 and forms FP 38 and FP 39 shall come into force on a date to be appointed by Order in Council.
Rule 1(3): rule 64, and forms FP 38 and FP 39 brought into force (with effect on 1 March 1986) on 1 July 1995, by rule 49 of the Family Proceedings Rules 1981, Amendment No 1 (SR 1995/111).
