This order is administered in the Department of Justice.
PURSUANT to section 8 of the Anglican Church Trusts Act 1981, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice of the Minister of Justice given at the request of the General Synod of the Anglican Church, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
This order may be cited as the Anglican Church Trust Boards Order 1985.
Schedule 1 to the Anglican Church Trusts Act 1981 (as amended by clause 2 of the Anglican Church Trust Boards Order 1982) is hereby amended by adding the name of The Church Property Trustees.

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
The order declares The Church Property Trustees to be an authorised Trust Board for the purposes of the Anglican Church Trusts Act 1981.
