Regulations are laws made under Acts
No commercial fisher shall use or transport a Danish seine net on any fishing vessel while such a vessel is also transporting or using a trawl net.
Regulation 10 was amended, as from 1 October 2001, by regulation 4 Fisheries (Auckland And Kermadec Areas Commercial Fishing) Amendment Regulations (No 3) 2001 (SR 2001/264) by substituting the words “commercial fisher”
for the words “commercial fisherman”
