Regulations are laws made under Acts
No commercial fisher shall fish for or take any snapper, trevally, or rig within the Auckland fishery management area by means of any set net which has mesh of a size less than 125 mm.
Regulation 15: amended, on 1 October 2001, by regulation 4 of the Fisheries (Auckland and Kermadec Areas Commercial Fishing) Amendment Regulations (No 3) 2001 (SR 2001/264).
