2 Interpretation

  • (1) In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,—

    The Act means the Coroners Act 1988

    Minister means the Minister of the Crown who is responsible for the Department for Courts.

    Regulation 2, Minister: this definition was substituted, as from 1 July 1995, by section 12(1) Department of Justice (Restructuring) Act 1995 (1995 No 39).

    (2) In these regulations, reference to any form by number is a reference to the form of that number set out in Schedule 1 to these regulations.
